They duly cancelled promptly and also reinstated quicky onced i realised my error and requested my domain be unsuspended. My cards are great - I regularly get good comments and feedback about them as well as a range of ther products that I have ordered in the little time I have been a customer of VP (1 MONTH) I have ordered banners (which i got free and of excellent quality- 500 business cards, postcards, stickers, canvas bags, tshirts, pens all with my logo/design. I will bear in mind the comments about the extra ILLEGAL transactions as I DO HAVE A DISCREPANCY WITH A WEBSITE CHARGE which was £16 in total after i reinstated it but it should only be £5.99 for the month as i was still within my months free trial. I signed up to a standard website for my business and because I was also printing a lot of marketing material I thought it would be worth signing up to the vistaprint plus service. However a few weeks later they took £22 out of my account that I did not authorise and were unable to account for why they took it, but also refused to refund the money. Also the free 7 day postage that is supposed to be a perk of vistaprint plus was not attributed to my account. Unhappy with the service I decided I will not be ordering anything else from them so a month ago I asked them to cancel my Vistaprint Plus subscription, cance the blog on my site (which I found out later they had been charging me £2.99 a month for) and put my site back to a standard £5.99 service (as they had somewhere along the line upgraded it to a £9.99 a month service without my authorisation). Anyway 6 email and 2 weeks later they finally replied and said that they could do this if I like ... but they didnt, So I emailed again another 4 times with no response, and no resolution to the problem I phoned (I only have a mobile so this cost me a few quid) and some woman with rubbish customer service skills said she had sorted it all out. However I checked and actually nothing has been done and they are showing on my account that they will debit me for the services I have been trying to contact for a month.... I reccomend that all people thinking about buying something from Vistaprint should rethink as this company is a real scam!, they advetise free stuff, but it is never free as you always have to pay for uploading images, colour, postage, VAT etc... Maybe with a lot of online businesses there are sometimes glitches and if this happens to you first time of use it might colour your thinking about it. It's not good to set up DDs without your knoweledge though and a bit concerning, but it hasn't happened to me. I have also used them to set up my website and although there might be cheaper options I am quite happy with it I haven’t had any of these problems with VistaPrint – have been back to them 3 times now – quality of cards is excellent. I've ordered several times off vistaprint.com with everything from my business cards to my own wedding invitations. When you go to check out they try and sell you all the matching stuff like notepads and magnets etc. At one point though, they offer a MAGAZINE SUBSCRIPTION! It's already marked as a "yes send me this" you have to physically click "NO THANK YOU"! I have to on all my orders and I have no subcription. It ain't no scam you people just can't read. Wow. Eventually it went as it should and logged into Pay Pal to pay. Shortly after I read my e-mails and realised that 3 had been ordered. I e-mailed their customer service department straight away asking them to please cancel 2 of the calendars. I e-mailed several times over the next couple of days and heard nothing. I did have an automated e-mail saying that my complaint would be dealt with within 48 hours but it never was and I never heard anything. I have therefore paid £22.29 for what started out as a 99p calendar. I shall tell everyone I know never to order from Vistaprint and I think you should do the same. They are conmen out only for your money and care nothing about the grief they cause. I am in the process of moving and really would not have spend over £22 on a calendar. There is still the question as to what to do with the other 2. Be very careful!!

Some of you guys using VistaPrint for years may be pleasantly surprised. If you want to use the Credit then at the Check Out page where all your Credit Card details / PayPal etc is listed you will see just below the Billing Address you will see 'Would you like to apply a credit to your order? It shows how much credit you have and can Apply. I agree it is in the SMALL PRINT. Human nature is to click straight on the credit card or PayPal....but it is clearly written how to use VistaPrint.
