If you’re looking for great business cards that stand out, I’ve got to recommend  moo.com minicards.  They do regular business cards too, which are the same great quality, but the minicards come in a funky 28mm x 70mm size.  I ordered some a while back and will soon be ordering more, as the general quality is very good.   Nice and thick – they are anything but flimsy so always been proud to hand them out.   Very unlike the shoddy quality I got from VistaPrint (check out my post on the VistaPrint scam!) and a couple of printers that just weren’t the quality I required.  If you are freelance or own a business, the business cards are your public advert – they need to shout quality!
