I’ve got to say I’m well impressed with JustHost so far. I’d previously been using go daddy, and I’ve used 1&1 a few times. In fact this blog is on Godaddy (will be moving when my hosting expires), and I’d been looking for a new hosting option that uses cpanel and offers better value. After quite a bit of research, I found JustHost to be on top. Usually setting ANYTHING up in godaddy is a nightmare and takes ages, so when I was setting up an e-commerce store in JustHost and everything went smoothly, I was speechless. It just works, seems fast and I haven’t had any downtime yet.

You get your chosen domain name for life (I assume this means you own it even after not using their hosting?) for free, or at least with the hosting package.

Unlimited webspace/email accounts / transfer /domain add-ons. Be a little wary of all these webhosts now claiming ‘unlimited’ as of course there’s no such thing. Rest assured their package does offer plenty, I run a large database driven e-commerce store and it runs prefectly quickly and haven’t run out of space.

It’s also got all the latest requirements, MySQL/PHP 5 all updated, free ad credits etc.

If you get it for 3 years it works out extremely cheap, (crazy not as for an extra year think it’s around £10). But it’s cheap even for a year (around £4 per month)

A cinch to update anything, for example private SSL / dedicated IP’s

Great 24/7 technical support (which I’ve tested out and it’s true)

Really no reason to go with Godaddy over JustHost; just search google for ‘Godaddy problems’!!

So pretty impressed as there are so many hosting companies that offer poor service and claim so much without delivering. I’m so impressed I’ve used their advert on my page (that big one to the right).

So check them out JustHost

I will update this post if I run into any issues as only been with them for a few months now.
