Since setting up my hosting with them a year or so ago everything now seems a lot easier. Forums used to be flooded with complaints and 'hacks' to get simple scripts to work with Godaddy. As for the unlimited argument, I am also weary of the 'unlimited' promises which now dominate not only the hosting market, but also broadband and internet deals. Completely depends on your expectations for a website though. It's all relative, you're not going to go with a £50/month hosting plan if the site is a small local company with very low usage in the same way you wouldn't go with a so-called 'unlimited' £20/year plan for a bandwidth hungry site. I've used their support on my new ecommerce site (which is pretty hefty and not going to be quiet at all), and they've been really great. I'm on a dedicated IP, and so far had no problems, as mentioned I've only been with them a little while. As for Godaddy, they are far worse, nothing but trouble from them to get everything set up. They also take part in domain price raising when you search for a domain on their website. Google them, far more complaints about godaddy than justhost.
