I can code html and css no problem, though I need to look online for javascript and php. I think my designs are getting better, I actually think my current ones are quite good, though when I look back at the earlier designs that I thought were good I think ...not so much. I have some small clients around the place, mostly through people that I know. I'm just doing jobs for cheap at the moment to build my portfolio into something that I'm proud of. I really need to learn how to use a CMS, can you recommend one? Preferably one that allows complete control over the design, and is easy to learn.
